Die Klassifizierung gibt also in unserem Fall den Grad der Robustheit des Geh\u00e4uses an, d. h. sie pr\u00fcft, ob das Geh\u00e4use nach einem Aufprall mit einer bestimmten, in Joule (J) ausgedr\u00fcckten Energie den vor dem mechanischen Aufprall angegebenen IP-Schutzgrad beibeh\u00e4lt.
