The new HEN Series enclosure is an advanced variant of the HE Series, featuring a completely hygienic design. Made from AISI 304 stainless steel—or AISI 316 on request—with a Scotch-Brite finish, it is engineered to ensure long-term hygiene.
The 30° sloped top fully covers the door, preventing dust buildup and aiding in liquid runoff.
The 2 mm thick squared-edge door opens 180° via patented external hinges certified by EHEDG. The closure system, also EHEDG-certified, ensures airtight sealing, while the FDA-compliant blue silicone gasket provides IP66 and IP69 protection ratings, making the enclosure suitable for high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns.
The entire cabinet structure is 3-A certified, making it ideal for use in food-contact environments.
• HGS/HGF Series fixed and rotating joints for hygienic support systems: smooth movement, lasting hygiene
The HGS/HGF Series fixed and rotating joints are designed to ensure smooth, durable rotation of support structures in environments with strict hygiene requirements.
Made from AISI 304 stainless steel, the joints feature a cleanable design that prevents contaminant buildup. The HGS joint, in particular, is patented and EHEDG-compliant, making it suitable for hygienically sensitive areas.
• HSEAL Series gasket for cleanable modular connections
The HSEAL Series gasket is an innovative solution for creating hygienic connections between modules and structural accessories such as sloped roofs, plinths, and side-by-side enclosures or cabinets.
Made from FDA-compliant blue silicone, the gasket is easy to apply and ensures continuous surfaces that eliminate hygiene-critical contact points.
Its EHEDG-compliant and patented design makes it a reliable choice for environments with high hygienic standards.
• HRAISE and HCORK Series handling kits: uncompromising cleanability
The HRAISE and HCORK Series kits offer a complete solution for the safe and hygienic handling of enclosures.
HRAISE components, made from coated stainless steel, enable the lifting of cabinets that lack anchoring points due to sloped roofs. Once positioned, the lifting holes can be sealed with HCORK nuts, made of AISI 316 stainless steel and equipped with FDA-compliant blue silicone gaskets.
This setup restores the original certifications of the enclosure, including IP66, IP69, and UL Type NEMA 4x, 4, 1, 12, ensuring a hygienic design with no compromise.
