2025 Innovation: HEN Series Enclosure – Certified Protection and Hygienic Design
Made of AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel, the enclosure features a 2mm thick squared door with a 180° opening via patented and EHEDG-certified external hinges and locking system.
Its 30° sloped roof covers the door to prevent the accumulation of dust and liquids, facilitating runoff. The blue FDA-compliant silicone gasket ensures IP66 and IP69 protection, allowing for high-pressure and high-temperature washdowns. The enclosure includes an internal mounting plate in 2.5mm thick FeZn.
The entire enclosure is 3-A certified, making it suitable for use in food-contact environments.
This configuration fully complies with EHEDG guidelines and international hygienic regulations.
2025 Innovation: HGS/HGF Series Swivel and Fixed Joints, and HSBG Series Wall Support –

2025 Innovation: HSEAL Series – Blue Silicone Gasket for Hygienic Module Connections
A special FDA-compliant blue silicone gasket designed for easy installation at joints between enclosures or structural accessories (e.g., sloped roofs, bases, adjacent cabinets). It eliminates hygienic weak points at contact areas, ensuring surface continuity and facilitating cleaning and sanitation.
This patented solution complies with EHEDG guidelines.
2025 Innovation: HRAISE and HCORK Series – Lifting and Handling Kits
The HRAISE components are made of coated stainless steel and allow for the lifting of enclosures that lack anchor points due to their sloped roofs.
Completing the lifting and handling kit is the HCORK cylindrical sealing cap, made of AISI 316 stainless steel and equipped with an FDA-compliant blue silicone gasket. Once the enclosure is positioned and lifting components are removed, HCORK seals the holes with a solution that maintains the Hygienic Design and restores the original certifications of the enclosure: IP66, IP69, UL Type NEMA 4x, 4, 1, 12.
The HCORK ring is both patented and certified by EHEDG and 3-A.
